sluggish loading and failed groups
AnsweredDear madam/sir,
since the support request using the bot is not working ("could not be processed"), I post the support request here.
Since a few weeks my Node 2 streamer is having a lot of trouble playing music. I have to soft reset daily. Furthermore, the fixed groups and normal groups are failing.
I hope it is not end-life already. Is it a software problem that you know of?

We are releasing BluOS 4.10.19 in the next 48-72 hours. Give that a try once it's released. If problems persist after installing this release, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App so we can take a closer look.
