    Hi David

    Not us - Qobuz Security - your home router is blocking a security authorisation required by Qobuz's authentication service. I see you have a Support Request with our Support Crew opened. Let them know the make and model of your router (Likely Netgear Nighthawk or AT&T ISP Provided) and they will walk you through the steps.
