    NTFS is supported, if it’s a mechanical drive then it’s likely to need an external power supply especially if very large. Also check to see if the drive has more than one partition (hidden ones are normally the culprit).

    If this does not help, in the BluOS app, please navigate to Settings and under Help & Support select “Send Support Request” This way support will be able to check the logs.
