Hi Simone
Likely caused by an error in your main router NAT table. BluOS Players reboot twice during the software update process, depending how your router DHCP leases work, this may cause confusion.
Please reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your BluOS Players, wait 5 more minutes and then relaunch the Apps on your phone.
If problems persist, then please e-mail support@bluesound.com. We can assist with further troubleshooting and give you some pointers on DHCP reservations.

Same problem here.
I have three Pulse Flex 2i that no longer work correctly since the update to the latest firmware.
- Grouping players sometime's not possible, sometimes the grouping is lost
- Unable to play music on grouped players
- Volume settings do not last, the music randomly gets louder
- Alarms don't work correctly anymore
--> In some cases, alarms are not executed at all
--> The music source that is played during an alarm is random and in no way corresponds to the music source programmed for that very alarm
- etc.
I use the following SW versions:
- BlueSound app on Android phone: 4.10.0, Build: 3088
- BlueOS Controller on Windows PC: 4.10.0, Build4685
- Player-FW: 4.10.13
I reinstalled the BlueSound app on the mobile phone, started the mobile phone, Blue Sound Player and Wi-Fi network fresh (individually and all together), reset the Blue Sound Player.
All to no avail!
As far as I know Blue Sound unfortunately does not allow to go back to an older firmware version.
Thus, my possibilities to solve this problem have been exhausted.
I really hope that someone can help with a solution to this problem, because currently the players are unusable!
Very unhappy user here!0 -
Hi Tony,
all BSP125 have DHCP disable and setting network with option http://192.168.1.XXX/staticip
I don't think that the problem is network...

I update to new firmware to 1.10.19 and the problem has been solved.
Probably is a bug in 1.10.13 version.
Best regards
