Alarm issue
AnsweredI’m experiencing an issue with the BlueSound alarm, which had worked perfectly for years until a couple of weeks ago. It starts with the selected radio station, but then switches to a very irritating default sound—and worse, we’re unable to turn it off. Even when we stop it manually, it restarts after about a minute.
We’ve tried everything: software updates, rebooting, adjusting settings… but the only way to make it stop is by unplugging the device entirely.
Could you please advise on how to fix this?

We are sorry to hear this and have had a small handful of consumers experiencing this. Our Product Development Team has provided a fix to our Quality Assurance Team. It is currently being tested and we hope to publish an update in the coming days to resolve it permanently.
