All digital sources now cutting out badly now after latest M10 player update, and are unusable. Analog sources are fine.
AnsweredAfter the latest NAD M10 v1 BluOS update all of the digital inputs are unusable on the M10. Airplay, Spotify, Tidal, TuneIn, and CD input all cut out and chatter badly. All of the streaming services work perfectly if I just listen on my local device. The source doesn't matter - I have tried from my iPhone, my Macbook Pro, and my iMac. There have been no changes to my network and I have tried rebooting the M10. Please advise.
Music from the analog inputs works correctly, with no dropouts or chatter.

If local sources work fine but streaming sources are not, this often points to a network problem.
Settings, Diagnostics and check your wireless signal strength.
Consider rebooting your router, wait 5 minutes then reboot your player. If problems persist, please email our Support Crew at support@bluesound.com so we may take a closer look.
