M10 V2 Analog 2 Input volume issue

I have issues with my analog 2 input from my M10 V2.  When I have my turntable connected to the analog 1 (via phono amp), the volume is normal with both left and right channels.  When I connect my turntable to analog 2, the volume with the left channel is fine but the right channel is only at 20% volume of the left channel.  

Another issue is when I connect my cassette deck to analog 2 via line out from the cassette deck, the volume for both left and right channels is only about 10%.  

There is a lot of issues after the BluOS upgrade to version 4.10.13.  Is this a hardware issue or a firmware issue?  How can I test this?
