Latest update issue
AnsweredAfter the latest update last week I haven't been able to log on to my Sirius XM account. Tried all kind of things but still no luck. My other music services are fine. Qobuz is fine logging into just SiriusXM and never had an issue before after several years of using this platform. Any suggestions? Qobuz is fine.

Hi Stephen
Our Quality Assurance team is investigating authorisation issues with SIrius XM but having a hard time replicating it. Can you please send us a log file of your player by selecting Settings, Send Support Request from the home page of the BluOS App so our Support Crew may investigate further.

Was this resolved?
I am able to log in to sirius xm and then I get authorization failed.
If I type in a bad password then I get “bad password/user name error code 101.
I have rebooted my network, forgot my network, deleted the bluos app. Nothing seems to work.
Sirius XM works on my windows 11 app, android phone and ipad.
I have used the Sirius XM app on Powernode Edge for a couple years. I recently bought the N331 and Sirius XM worked for a couple weeks. And now nothing.0 -
Hi Michael:
Sounds a lot like my issue. Yes, I have resolved that issue and I did most of things you did and nothing and it seems to happen after updates. It happened again last week. I have a Nad Preamp with the MDC card in the back and found that rebooting the BLUOS on the display of the preamp and that worked for me. Not sure if that helps.
