SiriusXM Connection problems
AnsweredI am suddenly unable to access SiriusXM from my Node. When I input my user name and password, I get an error message that says "Authorization failed." I am using the same user name and password that I use on the SiriusXM site and app so I don't know why it fails using the Bluesound controllers. The problem occurs on both Windows and Android controllers. There seems to be no problem with TuneIn, the only other streaming app that I use. Suggestions?

As a quick test, please try changing your SiriusXM password directly on their website, then try logging in again through the BluOS app.
If the issue continues, feel free to reach out to our support crew by submitting a support request through the BluOS app.

Tried re-setting the password on the SM site as you suggested. That did not work so ticket has been opened with support. Thanks for your assistance.
