Network problemens powernote with spotify and hub

Hello, I bought a powernote 330. I am distraught by resetting my powernote daily to connect to Spotify. Also, connection to hub is very difficult as it takes an hour each time to establish connection. Everything is on the same network. Why has been messing around for almost a year. I am deeply disappointed in powernote 330. The service from Klubben is also far below par. Who can really help me, no empty recommendations, but real solution, everything is wired. Desperate
