BluOS 4.10.11 and 4.10.13 TuneIn and Qobuz drops

After installing BluOs 4.10.11 TuneIn and Qobuz drops every few seconds.
Opened a support ticket and was told to install BluOS 4.10.13.
Could not use the Android app (4.10.0) because it never showed me the Update or Delay popup when I opened the Upgrade page (Only showed upgrade available).
With the windows controller i was able to upgrade to BluOS 4.10.13 but that does not solve the problem.
