    Hi Jouni

    Please see https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360039214453. Clear the existing codes first. restart your player by selecting Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot.

    Once rebooted, go ahead and try reprogramming. If problems persist, after that, please select Settings, Send Support Request so our Support Crew can review your log file. They will be in touch via e-mail.

    Done this now three times. The only commands that my node accepts are "Volume up", "Play/Pause", and "Previous". The unit does not accept any other commands. I have now sent a Support Request.

    Hi, i have the since Problem as Jouni.

    @Tony W.

    First, the Diagnostig Reboot is not under settings, it is under help!

    So i make tihs many Time but its not works. I have the Original Bluesound IR RC1

    The IR works fine bevore the Update OS 4.10.13. After the Install, the IR are crazy. I can Programm the Codes, the Hook is in the Menu, but its not works. Only the button "Mute, Light, lower and louder" ar works. The settings for the Imput settings not works.i can only navigate the Node icon with the Handy.

    So i make a Support Tickets after 2 Days, but not help are comming. Only "make that, and that.." Is not a help, is it an impudence. Your Program Team make a fault and the customer must make wait, and wat for Help but she's not coming!!!

    I agree with Tony that the support given, "Have you read this and this?" instructions, do not help in this case.

    The reply I got below

    Thank you for contacting The Bluesound Support Crew.

    Following discussions with our Engineering team regarding this IR Learning specific issue, they have replicated the issue in our labs. Our Engineering team will conduct further investigation and provide a fix for this issue in an upcoming firmware update.

    Unfortunately, we in technical support do not receive timelines for future development and releases, so I cannot provide a definite date for when this update will be available. Nevertheless, please be assured that our Engineering team is diligently working to resolve this issue as promptly as possible.

    I apologize for not having an immediate solution for you.

    Exactly the same problem here. Apparently no solution has been found yet?

    Experienced the same problem not being able to pare a new TV remote control to the Bluesound unit. Trying to update the BluOS now to latest version.
