    Hi Lucas

    Can you please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so we can review the log file. In your Request Description, can you please let us know the make and model of your IR Remote? Once we have that information, our SUpport Crew can take a closer look. They will be in touch via e-mail.

    Even if the light on the remote was still working, it was simply out of batteries.
    I've just changed them, and everything went back to normal !
