Sundry problems since the 4.10.11 update, Node Icon
AnsweredSince the 4.10.11 update, while using a streaming service such as Presto Music, there is a very loud popping sound coming through the speakers when a playlist or queue switches to a new track. This does not occur with sound files saved to a drive, nor with playback through eArc such as from a CD player.
The large analog clock has a new bug where the hour hand is stuck on 12. This does not occur with the small analog clock, and the digital clock reads correctly.
All presets in the BlueOS had to be recreated.

Can you send us a log file by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App. We have handle on most of your issues but want a closer look at the audio pop between tracks.
Once we have your log file, our Support Crew can review it and get back to you directly via e-mail.

All bugs have been resolved except for the harsh digital click between tracks when using Presto Music. The engineers report that this issue has been duplicated, and that they are working towards a solution for a future patch. Thanks!
