    Our Quality Assurance Team has been able to replicate this and are currently testing a resolution we hope to publish as an update in the very very near future.

    Hello,

    thank you for your message. Maybe it's fixed now - only time will tell. In any case, I turned off - uninstalled spatial audio, then reinstalled it and it's been working ever since. I'd hate to jinx it. Hopefully it will hold up. In any case, the sound is better now than it was before the 4.10.11 update - I am getting great sound right now. I hope presets will stay and great sounds I am getting now too.
