    Likely an issue with the players changing IP on your router during the reboot process. Please reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your BluOS Players and any other network devices, wait 5 more minutes then try again.

    If problems persist, please send our Support Crew a log file by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App.
