    Hi Sander

    We are having a hard time replicating this issue but have seen something else in subwoofer settings. Can you please send our Support Crew a log file of the affected player by selecting it in the Player selection tab then by selecting Settings, Send Support Request from the Home Tab.

    Our Support Crew can then investigate further.
