whats the point in a beta if bluesound ignore an issue I reported?
I am deeply annoyed that despite reporting to BS during the beta for 4.10 songs vanish from bluos playlists, that this has not been fixed and now released to the public.
I had rolled back out of the beta and my tracks re-appeared in my bluos playlists.
I have just updated to the final release of 4.10 and the tracks have vanished again.
I have now lost hours worth of bluos playlists created!
Whats the point in a beta release if you ignore this?
They had admitted early on the beta test phase that they recreated the issue during beta after I sent sample music files over.
Emailed the beta team over 24 hours ago and no response as yet.
