    The good news is your presets are not gone, they still appear to be stored, but the App and Players cannot read them.

    If you are experiencing this problem and have not contacted our Support Crew, please do so by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the App or email us at support@bluesound.com and we will reach out to help restore these.

    I have the same problem and other excisting problems (issues when switching on from sleep) still aren't solved.

    Not only did all the presets disappear, but I also had to set up an IR chanel for my remote. I own a Bluesound Powernode gen. 3 and a NAD M10 V2 and the same problem is on both

    Same problem here on NAD-T-778, presets are gone, not visible in the app.

    All my presets are also gone. Therefore my ios automations don’t work anymore. Can you please fix this?

    Hi Lucky

    This issue was resolved with last week and all presets were restored as they were with the release of BluOS 4.10.13. You can verify your version by selecting Settings, About in the BluOS App.

    If however you are on 4.10.13 and still having issues, please send us a log file by selecting Settings, Send Support Request.
