    Hi Carey,

    To start, try replacing the HDMI cable with a known good HDMI certified cable and see if this makes any difference.

    Mark,  Thanks for that.  I have tried a new cable but no luck. I will try some other things including talking to Panasonic.  Are there different protocols for HDMI ARC so that an old version wont talk to a new version and vice versa?
