No album covers in wav /flac files on USB drive
AnsweredHow do I add album art to wav / flac files so that they are displayed by BluOS on Android? I tried to do this with the foobar2000 program but to no avail. Only the album covers of albums that I bought outright in digital format are displayed. Albums that I converted from my CDs to wav or flac format and then added covers in foobar2000 still display without covers in BluOS. I tried with different cover formats (jpg and png) and different resolutions but it had no effect.
The player is a Bluesound Node 2024, the music is played from a USB drive connected to the device.

Make sure that every album directory contains a file "cover.jpg" (or some other, see link below). This should be sufficient for BluOS and indexes faster than embedded covers.
If you like to embed covers anyway, consider using mp3tag. Even then I would place a cover.jpg in each directory first, which allows you to perform batch embedding of all albums/tracks in one go (you have to create an "action" for that using "import cover from file").
