    I have the same problem with my Vault 2i : After a power cut the LED is Red and non responsive to any disconnecting and reconnecting. Any constantly holding the play/pause button and is not showing on any App.  Tried rebooting as instructions suggest, to no avail. Still RED.

    I have the same issue. Disconnected the unit and when plugged back in no changes. Can you help me with this?
