    I have a similar issue - new to Bluesound, have a Node ICON and using an iPhone 16 Pro

    Google is greyed out when trying to sign in to Tidal in the BluOS app

    I have tried 
    1. Check the TIDAL app:
    The TIDAL app on your device is updated to the latest version.
    Done
    2. Log out and in:
    Try logging out of TIDAL in the BLUOS app and logging in again with the correct username and password.
    It gives me an authentication error with the google account and that the google account is grayed out on my mobile so it cannot be selected, I have to enter my email
    I have also tested with the wrong password and it gives feedback that it is incorrect

    3. Clear cache:
    Done
    Go to the settings in the BLUOS app and look for an option to clear the cache. This can help resolve temporary errors.
    Done no change
    4. Restart devices:
    Try turning the BLUOS device off and on and possibly also the device you use to control the BLUOS (like a phone or tablet).
    Done no change

    and on my pc its the same issue, but there  can I select the google account
