Customise Track details (eg. NAD M10 V3)

Is there any way to be able to reconfigure the album text layout when listening to digital sources. Currently we have album art on the left, and on the right (from top to bottom) we have Track title, Album, Artist. (The artist is in a very light grey and hard to see from across the room).

The text needs to be configurable, so that either we change the light grey to something brighter, or we move the artist name to the middle and have the album text below (or not at all) ...
