Kkbox in BluOS only got 16 tracks

Dear sir, When I logged in my kkbox account in bluos app with my iphone , I only got 16 tracks in all my playlists, and when I scroll down the playlist, same 16 tracks repeated and repeated . I don’t have any problem in my tidal ac in the same app. I tried to delete the app and install again, the same problem exists.
