Wifi disconnection
AnsweredHi, my speakers (Pulse M, Pulse flex and Pulse 2I) always disconnect from the WIFI network. I then go the parameters of my speakers and I have each time to reselect the right wifi network and reintroduce the password. It never happened in the past and now since 2 to 3 weels it its all the time. Can you help ?

Hi Michel.
Our Bluesound players can only store a single Wi-Fi broadcast ID and password. Additionally, there haven't been any updates for your players since March 4, 2025. I recommend checking your router's firmware for any available changes or updates.
