Powernode 2021 connection issues

My Powernode has connection problems. I have to unplug it, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in for it to appear in the app and for me to be able to use it. Otherwise, it becomes completely unusable, and I can't use it with HDMI or anything, no sound source. I know my Wi-Fi connection is working correctly because absolutely all my devices work. The only one that has issues is the Power Note. I don't know what else to do; I spend all my time restarting it, unplugging it, and plugging it back in. It doesn't seem right that such an expensive piece of equipment has these kinds of problems. It simply needs a software update. When are you planning a software update?
