    Hi Bert,

    If you haven't already, kindly reboot your network, including your mobile phone and BluOS speakers. After they are back online, please give it another try. Should you still encounter issues, we would appreciate it if you could send us a support request via the BluOS app. You can do this by navigating to BluOS >> Settings >> Help >> Send Support Request. Our support crew will get in touch with you once we have reviewed the diagnostic logs.
