Lost connection
AnsweredHi, I have 2 nodes, 1 power node and 1 flex. Last week the players wanted to update the software (which obviously they have done many times before successfully) but it seems the update stalled and now none of the boxes are available to play music through. I’ve tried resetting several by holding down the play button for 30 secs to get red light flashing and then to green but no joy. My main node is either blue, flashing blue or red.. (in a stuck loop it would seam). Any ideas how to either reconnect to the them or to reset them? Thanks
