Wrong Qobuz track played in multi disc
AnsweredThis is an issue I experienced both in the Bluesound Android app and the Bluesound Windows app with my Nano
I select a Qobuz classical music multi disc, such as
Mahler: Complete Symphonies
Symphonieorchester Des Bayerischen Rundfunks • Rafael Kubelik
It includes 10 symphonies (42 tracks). If I select one of the first 10 tracks the corresponding track is played. If I select one of the tracks after 10 a wrong track is played.
Examples:
I select track 13 -> track 33 is played
I select track 21 -> track 41 is played
I select track 28 -> nothing is played
This is a Bluesound issue, not a Qobuz issue. I've got a Wiim Pro Plus, tried to play the same tracks from the Wiim app and everything is OK.

Hi Deaste
I see you have since spoken with our Support Crew about the matter. Our Quality Assurance has been able to replicate this. If you select the tracks directly, it appears to work. We hope to publish a fix in the near future once our Product Development Team can find the root cause of the issue.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention and we do apologise for the inconvenience.

Tony,
I raised this issue 5 months ago
https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/27998885990039-Issues-with-some-long-albums
and it is still not solved. Any chances you can fix it rather soon than later?

Solved after July 2025 firmware update.

Alas, it has not been fixed. Check the album below. If you scroll down to the last entry (symphony No. 10) and tap it, it plays symphony No. 8, first movement. If you tap the first movement of No. 8, it plays movement IV of symphony No. 7. And so on. It is still wrong.
Using Android app version 4.10.0, BlueOS version 4.10.11. Android 15.0 -
Yes, you're right.
I tested Mahler: Complete Symphonies
Symphonieorchester Des Bayerischen Rundfunks • Rafael Kubelikand now that is OK
but there is something still wrong with Mahler: Symphonies Nos. 1-9
SWR Sinfonieorchester des Südwestrundfunks1
