C368 frozen and not responding to factory reset.

My C368 with Bluesound has completely frozen. I've tried to do a hard reset but to no avail. I'm looking for a firmware download but can't find it anywhere. Website says to contact support but just links through to the generic support page.
Any ideas?

Try pulling the power and leaving it off for at least 10 minutes, sorry that’s all the advise I can suggest
