Node x stopped communicating with WiFi

For about a week now my node x won’t connect to WiFi. I have tried everything, it looks like it’s connecting when the light is green but then it goes purple and shows failed. Any suggestions? I’ve reset modems and my WiFi is working

  Follow the support document (link below) for when the LED is purple, you will be able to turn on hotspot mode and set up the NODE for Wi-Fi again. Alternatively temporarily connect an Ethernet lead and use the BluOS App to add your Wi-Fi credentials.
