Android & Apple Apps cannot access BluOS device on different subnet?

Our tablets and phones are on a different subnet to our BluOS device connected to the NAD.

The BluOS Windows App allows you to manage this by adding the device IP to staticPlayers file.

It works well on the Windows App, everything as normal, how do I achieve the same result with the Android & Apple BluOS apps?

  As mentioned in the knowledge base article - 

  
  You may want to consider changing/editing firewall rules to allow certain specific devices to allow in other network.
