Popping sound

I’ve reported this issue to Bluesound but was fobbed off with the “it’s a know problem and we haven’t got a solution yet” answer. I have a power node directly connected to a pair of focal speakers using banana plugs and a Samsung TV via HDMI (ears). Whenever I switch TV channels there is an annoying popping sound and from time time to time the sound cuts out, I thought it may have been have been the HDMI cable but I also have the same issue when playing music, it seems to happen when the bit rate changes. I have a couple of Pulse sound bars and a couple of pulse speaker and do not have any issue using these. If it is a known fault what is the fix, hardware or software. Or have I just had a “tough luck we’re not going to help you reply?”. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Hi Paul,
Our quality assurance and engineering team is currently aware of this issue and is actively working on a resolution for the upcoming maintenance release for BluOS.

Good afternoon, do you have an update on my question above? Looking through past posts it would appear that this has been an issue since 2019.
