NAD C658 gain problem

Hi! After the latest update the gain on my C658 is very low. Where I before listened at 25% volume I now need to at least go up to 50% to get the same level.

Tried a lot of thing before giving up and resat the unit. When it came back everything was normal. Volume where it should be (it has nothing to do with the volume limiter).
Then I went ahead and re-exported the Dirac filter back to the unit. And I am back to where it started......, Gain is really low again. Sounding really thin and cheap. Removing the Dirac filter does not do anything, I need to do another reset to get it back to normal. What is this behaviour? It's doing my head in.
