Add high resolution internet radio Mother Earth Radio to list of stations on my Node 2i

Hi,

this new internet radio has 4 streams, up to FLAC 192K: https://motherearthradio.de/en/

I was able to add Mother Earth Radio to the Bluesound app, using TuneIn service by setting radio's stream url. It sounds great, but the the app does not display the any playing song info.

  Using URL streaming, TuneIn can't get info such as song info. Its best to reach out to your radio station and request to partner with TuneIn.
