NAD m10v2 failed updating

My NAD M10v2 automatically updated last night, and I didn’t check on it afterward. When I turned it on today, it couldn’t start normally, and the update failed. I’ve tried restoring the factory settings multiple times without success. After flashing a red light, it stays on, and even after restarting, it doesn’t turn on properly and keeps displaying a white screen. What should I do to get it back to normal?
