Players not found / request option to enter a IP address

Dear Bluesound support,
I would ike to request a function to enter direct an IP - Address when a controller is not able to find the the player.
See in Facebook and other resources often problems to find players. It would be helpful to have for those users and me that feature...and pls. for the desktop as well.
In my case the player has the 192.168.178.10 and my phone via a unifi gateway the 192.168.20.x

Hi Martin,
Please make sure that your Bluesound player and BluOS controller are in the same network. This way, the two can communicate to each other.
