Bluesound Vault 2 - 223E Red Light Issue

Hi, I have a Bluesound Vault 2 - 223E that will not function. There is a solid red light on the unit and in the app, it will not move past the attached. I have tried many methods from other forums but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
