Problem with app
AnsweredWhen I open the app it says: Content cannot be retrieved.
The app does not get any further. What is the problem?

After the update my BluOs is just showing a blank screen on iPhone which has the latest update. It’s the same as I had before.

I’m having multiple issues with the iOS app as well. Such as server disconnected unless refreshed, the album section forgets my place and automatically returns to the top (headache with a large collection) and after selecting an album but returning to scroll it goes blank and won’t show anything unless I scroll up and down. This is bad and the controller used to operate much better than this.
