    In the BluOS App - there are plenty of ways to contact Product Support on your Powernode... This site includes over 300 FAQs alone. Simply visit https://support.bluesound.com and type a query in the Search Window

    You can also do any of the following to contact our Support Crew;

    • Select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App
    • e-mail support@bluesound.com
    • From your Quick Setup Guide in the box, in North America call 1-855-531-4666

    Every other company has a service line so you can talk to an actual person and produces “ How to” videos. This company changes the user interface and offers nothing.have a problem they send you a link with all the things you already told them you tried.
    Absolutely ridiculous.
