It appears that my Node 130 is now a brick. It has a wired Ethernet connection. I cut the power and restarted it twice. I did a factory reset. I uninstalled and re-installed the controlled app on my Android tablet. I tried the app on my Android phone. I installed the app on an iPad. I cut the power and restarted the Node again. Nothing worked. The Node light is blue and it shows as connected via Bluetooth - but the app will not recognize it. What now? Toss it and buy a new one?

Blue LED means it’s connected to your Router successfully, have a look at your routers web interface to confirm and check its settings. You may want to try a wired device such as a Mac or PC with the BluOS app loaded.
Edit… Do make sure your phone is actually connected to your Wi-Fi
