    Hi Issam

    This suggests your VAULT is not speaking to The Internet. Please reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your Vault, wait 5 more minutes and then try again.

    If you do not know how to remove the unknown CDs once the new CDs have been added or if problems persist, please e-mail support@bluesound.com and our Support Crew can assist further.
