Apple Music playlists
AnsweredNewby to Bluesound here...I'm trying to play my apple music playlists (formulated within itunes and apple music apps) on my Bluesound players (two Flex 2i), but nothing shows up. All the artists seem to be listed but no playlists.
I'm switching from Sonos after their upgrade debacle, but thus far, Bluesound seems to be just as difficult to navigate at least for this tech challenged old guy. I bought the two Flex 2i players as a test before investing in a Node as well, but the dearth of operating info is frustrating at best. I apologize if this is posted under the wrong topic.

Hi Paul
If you are still using an older version of iTunes you can try this; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360037733534
If you are using a newer version of Apple Music, you will be required to export it first; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/10537061510551

I believe that you will have to recreate all of your playlists within the BlueSound app ... I switched from Sonos to Bluesound 4 years ago ... the desktop and mobile(iPhone) apps leave much to be desired in my opinion ... opinion's on numerous items that have been shared ... the ability to: edit, backup, export/import playlists are at the top of my list of weaknesses ... and these are things that to me a fundamentally critical to the functionality and enjoyment of my music library ... I simply hope that enough users request/push for improving the playlist functions ... :(
