Artists and Albums not showing on USB

I've recently updated to the latest OS on my Node2i as I'd been away for an extended period, and now all my local FLAC files no longer show in either Artist or Album view when browsing the attached USB.

I can see them via Songs, Genres, Composers, Folders and New. If I find an album via 'New' for instance, I can tap on go to artist and it shows me all the relevant albums for that artist, so there's nothing wrong with my tagging.

All the metadata is correct and it was viewing fine in the old version. I've tried rebuilding and reindexing to no success. Any ideas on how I can fix this, or is this just a repeat of the Sonos debacle?

  A rebuild/reindex should be enough to get this issue resolved. I will be forwarding this feedback to our quality assurance team to get looked at.

  When I tried using a USB stick instead of a NAS for my library, I found that a factory reset was the only way to get everything working as it should. The first time I removed the stick to add more music I had to do a Factory reset to get it all working properly again. I gave up with usb and bought a new NAS to replace my old one that died. Easy to add music to.

  Not a bad idea though, maybe I'll look into moving my library over to the NAS :)
