Pre-buffering option Node N132
I'm occasionally experiencing an issue with the first track on an album missing the first half second or so. I understand this to be a buffering issue, whereby playback is starting before the network has delivered the start of the data. I have had a 1:1 conversation with the Support Crew, who used Team Viewer to check my set up, and their conclusion was that there was nothing I could do to fix this from my end as my router and network connection were fine, and that this was 'regular network behaviour', as experienced from time to time by anyone streaming hi-res audio.
So, while I understand that this is not an issue with the player itself, as it seems to be a relatively common phenomenon, would it be possible to incorporate an optional feature to mitigate this by pre-buffering the start of a new album - something like a ~1 second delay in playback to allow the data to arrive?

It is a common reoccurring problem and I don’t think it is a network issue. Sounds like a buffer issue to me also.

The answer is nonsense. If the Amazon Music app, which is better in every respect than the BluOs app, can pause and buffer an entire song then why can't the BluOs app? Either the app is very poorly designed or the hardware just doesn't have enough memory and there's no excuse for that given how much the device costs.
