The icon lights of my Powernode Edge are always on. Can its standby mode be set?

I had the original Powernode and it will enter standby mode after 15 minutes. My new Powernode Edge does not seem to enter standby mode even if long after I stop playing it. How can I set the standby mode, or does it have one?

  The EDGE will enter standby automatically, irrespective of the LED touch panel being illuminated.
