Privacy risc with (Aindroid based?) Bluos?

Dear all,

I am in the persuit of a DAC streamer with Bluos like the Node Icon N530.

Since Bluos seems to me as an android based (hence Google based) OS, I am hesitating to buy it and integrate this one within my private network....

Can any one warrant me that the BluOS is totally seperated from any services or interference with any subsidiary of Google and does NOT share data to third parties of any kind?

I realy disgus Google violating peoples privacy in every way that is technical possible and don't want devices in my house that help Google doing this at all.

  BluOS is 100% Home Grown independent Operating System. We take great pride in being independently owned and developed.

  BluOS resides on the Players themselves but use the BluOS App (Available for iOS, Android, Windows or macOS) to send remote API calls to the independent Players.
