Iphone losing connect with vault 2i

My iPhone 13 is constantly losing connection to my vault 2i. I have discussed with blous support and followed their recommendation's but the problem still exists. I have disconnected the power supply and rebooted the system and deleted the app and reinstalled which works for some time and than the problem reappears and funny enough I don't have that issue when using my apple iPad. Is it the phone or is it the vault 2 i issue?
