No Cover shown in several Albums

Good evening!

I need to revisit this topic.

I use a BlueSound Node 130, the music is on the NAS.

I have indexed the complete music library. Most of the covers are displayed correctly. But by no means all of them! Many only show a black square with a note symbol.

I have tried everything.

• Copied JPG files in all possible sizes into the directory. 
• Reload artwork
• Reindex music collection
• Optimize Artwork is switched on

Unfortunately all without success. Does anyone else have an idea what the problem could be? Does the jpg-file have to have a specific name?

It is noticeable that the albums whose cover art is not visible do not have a label for the file in the Finder (MacOS), whereas the albums whose cover art is displayed correctly in Buesound are also visible in the Finder. Should this actually be corrected by “Optimize Artwork”? 

BTW - there is no difference between Controller on iOS or on MacOS.

I have no more ideas and would like your help.

  Hi again,

  Since I am not getting anywhere with “home solutions”, I have bought an external program. I can use it to load the covers into the sound files, which obviously works. As I said, unfortunately not without auxiliary programs.

  Please close the case!
